UPS Third Party Shipping Rates not Adjusting for Saturday Surcharge

I'm having an issue with my UPS integration and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced it. Essentially, all is working well however our packer vendor is claiming that UPS should be increasing pricing for Saturday delivery which it currently isn't. Considering that the UPS integration handles all of the rate calculation, is it safe to assume that the issue is on UPS end or is there something more we could be doing on the Shopify side of things? 

Any advise would be much appreciated.
