I have a basic plan and switch to a yearly subscription, but I didnt get the free the carrier calculated shipping feature. Or Im not sure where to find and how to activate it.
I tried to contact Shopify support via chat, but it keeps asking me to select a store to get support although Im signed in.
When I click to select my store, It redirects me to the FAQ page with all the support articles, and Im unable to actually contact support.
Would highly appreciate it if you can help me out
Can you try without logging in? If you still face the same issue, choose the option "I don't have a Shopify store" and start with the chat. You can then provide your store details in the chat and get the carrier calculates rates features enabled.
