So im ready to lunch my website but i tried to test the payment and every time i put the 4242.. it’s says “card can’t be added” I tried multiple time and it don’t work please help!

We'll need a bit more information to properly troubleshoot the issue. I have some questions and further information below for you which will give us a better idea of what's going on.

What payment gateway are you using? 
If you're using Shopify Payments, is it in Test Mode
If Test Mode is enabled, you'll want to make sure you're using this specific card information at checkout:

Card Number: 4242424242424242
Name On Card: Two Words
Expiry Date: Future Date
Security Code: Any 3 Numbers

If you feel comfortable sharing a link to the store I'd be happy to take a closer look into this and see if we can recreate it on our end as well!

Yes, I tried the test mode and I followed the instructions but it keeps telling me "There was an error adding this card." This is the website link  https://shopparisianstyles.com/

It looks like there's a password page still enabled for the shop but that's no problem.
