We are a Canadian company but have a US website set up specifically for US customers. We charge $USD and all products ship from/to the US. We have a US-Based bank linked to Shopify, so all financial transactions remain in the US.
So why is Shopify charging us 3.5% +.30 on every transaction instead of 2.9%? Just because the business address is Canadian? But the bank's address is American!
