I have a customer that says she didn't receive the package but when I track it, (USPS Priority Mail) It says that it was delivered on Dec 6th.  I tried to go to usps.com and file a claim and it says that the package isn't insured. How am I supposed to file a claim? It was my understanding that all priorty shipments were insured. The tracking number is

If the package was under $50, it should have insurance.

How do I file the claim? When I log into my usps account and try it says this package didn't purchase insurance.  It's only $35.  But I use shopify shipping.

Hi Jeniffer,
I just saw your post. Here the link to how to file a claim in UPS.

https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We are developing an app, where you can automatically insure all your packages, no matter which logistic company you use or the amount of your individual shipping. We are designing a Journey where your claims will be resolved within seconds.

Please let me know if you are interested to test our application.

Kindest regards,

We would VERY interested in the App you mentioned.  Can you update us on development?

You can use the Multi Carrier Shipping label app in which there is an insurance option. You can mark it and then all shipments from uSPS will be insured.
