I am livid. I have been trying for WEEKS to update my banking info so that I can receive my payout and you all won’t let me. It telling me I entered the incorrect old banking information. Well common sense should tell you that the consumer will not know the Old banking information if it was entered incorrectly or mistyped. I have close to 500$ that has just been SITTING for weeks. This crap is unacceptable. No contact info anywhere. Your phone numbers don’t work and direct us to come online to this stupid forum. Are you serious? You seriously have NO contact information. This should be against the law. I am so stressed. And have missed so many bills. I give up.
