Unable to fullfill canceled order

In the order section we have an order that is canceled, but the status indicates 'Unfulfilled'. We are unable to mark it as fulfilled to remove the order indication (because it is still unfulfilled) in de sidebar. The order is older than 60 days. How can we fulfil this order to remove it or definitely mark it as canceled. For a staff member; the order number is #1264.

You should Archive that order instead.

We have archived the order, but it is still indicating the number one (1) at the order link in the left sidebar, when all orders are fulfilled.
