Unable to refund a billing

You guys really should refund people when they'd like to cancel their annual fees the same day they made their order.


I switched to Shopify from Wix because I wanted to have the Canada Post Integration, but now I have found that it is possible if I hire someone who is able to code it.


I don't want to start my whole marketplace again, so I'd like to get a refund for using Shopify only one day. You guys should really consider at least giving a week cancel free of charge.
