Why is it that products are still showing on my store when they are not available by supplier? In Oberlo, i have settings put to remove products when the supplier removes them or when the product sis not available. Yet products are still listed on my site for purchase then i have to refund the payment for such product.

Hi, @SellerUu!

Julie here from Shopify Support.

In Oberlo's auto updates settings, you can choose to automatically unpublish out-of-stock products or set their quantity to zero if a product is no longer in stock.

It sounds like your settings are set to unpublish the product, in which case it should be automatically deleted from your Shopify admin once it's no longer in stock. If the out-of-stock product or variant is not being deleted, then your inventory may not be in sync with the Oberlo app.

If you head into an out-of-stock product that's still visible in the Products section of your Shopify admin, you'll see an Inventory section for that particular product, which should show you the quantity. Do you see 0 in stock?

In Oberlo's auto updates settings, you'll also find the option to Manage product inventory updates. There, you'll need to make sure that the When inventory changes option is set to Update automatically. This will ensure that inventory levels are in sync between Shopify and Oberlo. If you are noticing that inventory levels differ between the Oberlo app and what you see in your Shopify admin, then this setting could be the reason why.

If you are still running into issues, then it would be great if you can share a screenshot of your auto updates settings in Oberlo. Otherwise, I suggest contacting our Support team, as they'll be able to access your Oberlo settings and check things out on on their end.

Looking forward to your response!
