Undelivered email returned to sender

Help!

I can’t work out why I keep getting the following email when someone places an order on my store.

It seems to be only if they have a individual domain, @Gmail @Hotmail etc work fine. I can’t even forward an order confirmation to the recipient unless I use a different email to my store email. 

I’ve already tried to update my txt record on my domain dns settings.

Any help would be great.
