If so, the issue arises when you are required to input your old account number but you are unable to remember the exact digits, is that correct?

I was wondering if you could also help me with the same issue.
I tied a bank account that I closed down (dumb me I forgot I had it here) and I can't retrieve the account number. I do have another account I'd like to add, but since I don't have the old number I'm unable.

Can you confirm that you are looking to update your bank information with Shopify Payments? Can you also confirm why you are unable to update the information - is it due to not knowing the previous bank account number?
