Hello,  I have recently received  a flag on my orders where it says:

" characteristics of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past orders. ", after asking my friend, he said that maybe my order is showing signs of an order in the past that was marked as fraudulent and he suggested me view fraud analysis to avoid chargeback but i do not how to. Can you help me? Thanks

I have had several fraudulent-flagged charges in the past 3 days. These purchases have been from Columbia, Venezuela, Mexico...my alert says they the payment has been captured. I am not shipping my product because I am afraid it has been a fraud purchase.
I email and call the customer and there is no answer. Anyone know why I am getting so many recently? Does this affect my normal sales? They have recently declined in the same timeframe.
Any advice is appreciated.

I am also dealing with this. We have had multiple transactions from different customers that all of the same shipping address in Mexico. It flags the sales with High Fraudulent warnings, but the IP address checks out. Really not sure what to do in this situation.

Hi fellow shop owner. 

I would advise you to remove the auto-capture of payments. At least while you keep getting these scam orders.
