We don’t offer shipping to United States ERROR

Good day, I have the USA set up as shipping to. Store not done yet. I was testing to proceed chekout ,and I get the message "We don’t offer shipping to the United States." 

I'll only shipping to this country,doin'g free shiping I really don't know whats going on :( Maybe just kind of a noob on this.

I'll aprecciate your help in advance.

Bo here from Shopify Support! 

 

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this. Judging from your screenshot it looks like you need to add a rate to the General Rates. 

  • Click on Manage Rates:
  • Click "Create Shipping Zone".

  • You will then add the United States to this Zone and name it whatever you want. 
  • You can then click Add Rate beside this new zone and set a price based rate for 0 - no-limit and make it free:

 

  • Click Done and then Save!

Hello Bo,

 

i have the same problem, but i had the shipping zones defined.

Can you figure out why it doesn't work?

Thank you for getting back to me and cheers for the screenshot, it really helps! I can see here that your priced based rate is for $0-$0 which means that only carts that are to the value of $0 will qualify for this shipping rate. You will need to change this maximum to no maximum as opposed to $0 for this to work. You will need to click "Edit Rate" and then delete the 0 from this field and leave it blank. Let me know how this goes and if there is anything else I can assist you with, I'm happy to help!

I might have a clue that helps. 

 

I use 2 sources from aliexpress for 1 product (oberlo basic "Variantenzuordnung: Erstellen Sie Ihre Produktvarianten von mehreren Lieferanten") The second source cannot be sent. All the other products work.

 

@sofcastro: is it similar in your shop?

I tried to make a new shipping profile for the items which can't be sent. It doesn't work. :-/

I seperated the products which works for now. I hope there is some kind of solution soon.
