When an Amazon payment delivery address/name differs from ordered customer's address/name

Hi shopify community,


We have a little problem with amazon payment, and it would be great if anyone could give us some advises.


Under the below conditions, we found that customer name/address does not appear on order information.

  1. When a customer logins with amazon account
  2. and a customer does not send items to the customers address (i.e. the customer chooses delivery address from amazon account which is not his or her address/name)


When we print order details from shopify, printed details only shows delivery names and address, and this confuses receiver, as the receiver is not the one who actually ordered. Is there any way we could prevent this from happening?
