I received an order that was paid by the customer using PayPal before I had linked my PayPal account. My PP account is now linked to my store but the payment isn't showing up in PP. Do I have to capture it off Shopify? The payment status on Shopify is 'Pending on PayPal Express Checkout'. Do I just need to give it more time?

If you navigate to that specific order and have a look at that order's timeline, you will see a transaction ID and some key information. I'd suggest contacting Paypal support with this information to query where the funds are that are being processed. It is possible that the funds will need to be forwarded to the new email that you have input in your Shopify admin.
