Why can't people in the US buy my products?

We have been getting a lot of traffic from US and emails from people saying that there is no "shipping option" and that they cannot buy our product. 

I have already set a shipping rate for US and Canada in the settings alongside the amount that they should be pay8ing for delivery. 

I am at a loss, not sure what else to do.

I'm Alex from the Shopify Support team. Here's a good list of things to check! 

  • Check your product weights. Go to Products > Select All > Edit Products > Add Filters > Weight to pull them up in bulk.
  • Check that your products are set to require shipping. Follow the same steps above, but add Requires Shipping
  • Check your shipping rates and make sure they cover the weights listed for the products. If you're using carrier calculated rates for USPS or Canada Post, check their limits for weights. If your products are outside their weight limits, you'll need to add manual rates to cover those sections. 
  • If you're still having issues, reach out to our support team. We'll be able to track down the culprit for you.
