Wrong back information

Hi all, when setting up my Shopify store, I may have incorrectly put in my the wrong details for my bank account. I am now receiving and error: 

 

To change your bank account, make the following changes:

  • Old account must match the information we have on file. Contact support if you need further help.

The problem is, I can't match the old information as I don't know what error I made.

 

My bank account is also in the same currency which my store operates so I don't think that is the issue. 

 

Any suggestions on how I fix this?

Hi @Jessicadcash,

Thank you for getting in touch. As we require merchants to enter in the details of the current bank account on file when adding a new bank account to Shopify Payments, it's possible that a typo was made during the initial setup when you entered in your account details originally. If you keep receiving this message and are unable to update your details, I would recommend contacting our support team directly so we can authenticate you on the account and loop in our Payments team who should be able to change this for you on their end.
