We don't have any German fulfillment providers who have created a Shopify integration yet, so I would recommend using Google to find a great service in Germany! 

With that you can actually set up a Custom fulfillment service in your store as you can see in this doc here- https://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/shipping/fulfillment-services#custom
