can we use Transferwise direct debit account details for shopify payment?

Hi,
Transferwise now allows a direct debit account for businesses for GBP. can we use in Shopify payments for payouts?

I have the same question as I have an account with Transferwise. When I tried to enter my bank info, it said it did not support the bank. When I contacted Transferwise, they sent me a letter stating my ownership to the account. However I do not know to whom I should email it to get confirmed.
