Thanks for reaching out today. You can change the tracking URL from within the order page. Below I have put together some screenshots to show you how:
1. Select 'more' within the fulfillment card:
2. Then select 'edit tracking'
3. You will then see an option to edit the tracking URL:

Thanks, but that only works for one order. I want the automatic email to state the right tracking carrier. It is connected to our erp so we dont fullfill orders manually. This should bepulled from the integrations, and should be possible to alter in the notification section (like the shipping confirmation)? We use Shopify Plus if that has any difference.
