closing store with annual subscription plan (will I can a pro-rated refund)?

I am running a online store with annual subscription plan which just got renewed on Dec 4th, 2019.  If I decided to close the store next month, will I get any refund?

We wouldn't typically offer refunds for the remaining months of an annual plan if the subscription is cancelled. However, if you are only a month into your renewal then our billing team may consider it. This will be very context specific, so once your store is cancelled let us know and we can have the billing team take a look. I'd suggest doing that as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that they can do that for you. Let me know if you have any further questions about that!
