Sorry to hear you are having trouble accepting payments with Paypal. While this problem may seem like one that is best answered by Paypal, could you give me any more information so I can investigate further? What is the error message your customers are seeing? Do you have a screenshot of the error? How is the connection looking in your Shopify settings, go to settings > payment providers, is Paypal set up correctly?
Once I have some more information I can take a look.
