why is my payout still on hold if did everything you told me to?

I can certainly look into your account to see why your payouts are on hold. 

Have you connected with our support directly yet? If so, please provide me with your ticket number and I'll reach out with an update. 

If you haven't spoken to our support yet, please contact us via live chat, phone, or through Twitter by logging into our Help Center here, entering your question, then selecting "continue" under "Get support" at the bottom of the page. Going through these steps will verify your account and connect you to our Support Advisors, who can provide more details in regards to your payouts.
