We are manually delivering our orders, not using any shipping service. How can we easily send an email to our customers when 1) we know what date the order will be delivered and 2) when the order has actually been delivered.
It looks like we need to purchase a shipping label for each order - but we don't need shipping labels since we aren't using any shipping service, so that doesn't make sense to me.
To answer 2) when the order has actually been delivered, check out Localivery, which lets you set your order status to "Delivered" and triggers the standard Shopify notification email.
