I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your account, and more specifically, the hold that has been placed on the account. I know it can be frustrating when things do not go as smoothly as you'd hope so I'm hopeful I can help get this resolved in a timely manner. If documents haven't been requested through the admin then the hold will need to be escalated to our Payments team for further review. In order to help with this, I will need to verify the store via email which is why I have sent you an email tilted "Shopify Forum Support." If you can respond to that email with the requested information then I can help get this issue escalated.
