Shopify Lite account/ bricks and mortar store. We do not use Shopify to process debit/credit but use an external non-shopify payment processor.
3 transactions went through with no issue. Then the "Couldn't process payment" message after the 4th transaction.
One transaction (not the last successful one, but the one prior to that) was mixed cash and debit card.
Tried: restarting the app. No success.
- restarting the iPad. No success.
- using the backup iPad. No success.
- using my iPhone / Shopify app. No success.
Our store is dead at present - finalizing transactions on paper receipts - sucks.
Urgently need a solution.
