recurring charge inventory correction

I have a monthly recurring product with auto-charge feature. Due to spike in demand the past two months, I limited the product inventory, but this was intended for new customers, not my existing recurring ones.

 

Unfortunately, the inventory went to 0 just before the automatic charge was processed for this upcoming month, so all of my recurring customers recieved a message the product was out of stock. I reached out to them that there is infact sufficient invenotry, and they will recieve the product next week.

 

How do I correct the issue & process this upcoming month's charge? Individually one by one, or batch? I already reset the inventory, but just wanted to reinstate the auto charge feature correctly, and charge them for this upcoming month.
