I have started an online store to test with new theme and it doesn't work. Then I forgot to close this and yesterday( 09/05/2020) i recieved an notifcation email that i have purchased a monthly plan. I was shocked because i don't want to much money on just a testing store. After that, i immediately closed this store. Hope someone can help me refund my subscription plan. Thank you.
While our Terms of Service does state that we do not provide refunds, we are able to make exceptions on a case by case basis so long as the store is fully closed. Given that you've closed your store, I can help get your refund request reviewed. Please respond to my email titled "Shopify Forum Support" with the requested information. Once I have reviewed your reply then we can get the ball rolling.
