How does customer request refund after they recieve product ?
Does Shopify offer any procedure for refund?
for example, customer requests refund thru our webste, and we see the status on our shopify admin website, etc ?

Sacha with Shopify here :) You will need to initiate the refund. Your customers cannot do it from there end. Check out our tutorial here on how to do a refund.

Hi, Is this feature (customer asking for a refund via website) available now?
We need to put a page for customers to ask for refunds. The page should have a field where they can input their order number and mobile.
Kindly advise please.
