Would you be able to show me an example of this occurring on your store? I'm just after taking a look and it seems that the currency is set to USD within the checkout. How have you set up the shipping rates so far? Have you used an app to help or have you entered this information into the system manually? If you log into your admin and then click Settings > Shipping, you should be able to see the rates that appear in the checkout. Would you be able to take a screenshot of this for me?
