My account has been put on hold to verify some details - I completed the couple of questions that were asked - who was the owner, my telephone number and email. That was it. I have received two emails from Shopify to notify me that I have altered the payment details, however my Shopify homepage still has the holding payments notifications - but there doesn't appear to be anything else for me to verify... Please help!
Definitely sounds like our payments team will need to be looped in to help resolve this!
