Just to clarify, - are you looking to have your store on a Pause plan so that you can come back to it later? Because if so, I did just want to let you know that a refund is only possible in the case that you go to fully close your store first. Otherwise we won't be able to issue a refund.
If you do decide to fully close your store, that steps are as follows:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
Click Cancel subscription or Pause or cancel subscription.
Review the options to pause your subscription, or sell your store.
If you still want to cancel, then click Cancel subscription and close store.
Select a reason for the cancellation, and then click Continue.
Enter your password, and then click Close store.
After you have completed the above steps. you will need to get in touch with our support here so that we can look into the refund for you. You will need to follow that link because at the moment we are unable to look into your account details through the Shopify Community.
