I hope you are well! - I have two questions. I have received a notification on my homepage 'the name on your account could not be verified. Please Check that you have provided your full name and valid photo ID Matching that name.' The problem is my account name is not the same as that on my bank details, can I change my name without having to transfer ownership and setting up a new email account as it won't send to the email current in use? and 2) Can I verify my account without a utilities bill as I don't have one, as the bills are not in my name. Have a driving license, passport but no utilities bill?
