Hi I've tried everything in order to refund an order the transaction was made thru PayPal.https://Imgur.com/a/o5xCwgw

Nick here from Shopify. 

Normally you can refund a PayPal transaction via the Shopify admin as that is an integrated feature. This message is most common when the order has already been refunded in PayPal itself to stop a refund from happening twice on the same order. 

It could be worth your while reaching out to PayPal's support team directly or checking your PayPal business account to double check. If it hasn't been refunded already on the PayPal side of things, don't hesitate to reply to me in the thread here and we can look into it further for you.

I have checked the business side and it hasn't been refunded.

That is very strange. It's very difficult to determine what could be causing this without looking closer into the backend/ admin to see what exactly is going on. Could you please reach out to one of our primary support channels about this directly, please. Talking to a member of our support team on one of the live channels (Phone or Chat) would be best here as you can talk to them live and get more of an instant answer to a reason behind this.
