How to limit number of quantity per product per Order?

Hi Everyone,

I am using Shopify Plus and install 'Script Editor' app. Now i need to write script to restrict customers can't add more than 3 quantity of per product in One order. 

I also know the 'Order Logic' app is available but i don't want this.

Example:

Product A have 10 quantities in a stock

Product B have 15 quantities in a stock.

One customer can only Buy/Add 3 quantity of Product A and 3 quantity of Product B in Shopping Cart Per Order including Variant as well if any product have variants. (Means to say only 3 variants can be added Per Product  per order).

Please help to to fix this issue.

Diaplay only 1,2 and 3 on quantity dropdown.

So customer will not select more than that.

Thanks for reply. Actually i don't have drop down and it will not apply to variants . Is there any other option available to apply this ?

I already check GitHub link but its not working in my Theme.

I am using Trubo 5.0.0 for Out of Sandbox company.

Do you have any idea to write this script in script editor ?
