InstructionQuotaExceeded exception but not debug information available

I receive notifications from Shopify that the script triggered an InstructionQuotaExceeded exception. They usually come in bulk (a few at the same time).

When they occur I have no visibility of the cart that triggered the exception. The message for the input is: "There was a problem retrieving error details." 

How can I resolve a situation or overoptimize code without proper data to troubleshoot the situation?

I tried testing with very large carts and cannot manage to trigger the problem.
