Good Morning from Texas. I am trying to set up a script on my store that gives a percentage discount on items with a tag, if you have over 100 dollars worth of items with that tag in the cart.
I've set up a few scripts successfully before, but this one is a doozie. Granted I don't know much Ruby, I am a front end web developer.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Have a look at Gavin's examples over here: https://github.com/discolabs/scripts-examples — I don't think your particular case is covered but his scripts are very well documented so you might be able to iterate on them. Failing that, his Playwright app is pretty dope and will almost certainly get you what you want: https://playwright.discolabs.com/login
Here's an example of setting the price of one item based on the cart size. Its not exactly the same as your scenario, but may give you some leads - http://blog.productgraph.io/rush-order-promo-in-your-shopify-cart.
