Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hi,
So basically I am going to set up a company in Brazil but in fact I live in Ireland and will be working and receiving in Ireland, is that possible?
Thank you.
Hi Guuhrawr1,
It is certainly possible. But, if you are going to handle any goods in an EU country, you will need to have at least a VAT registration. And once the tax administration discovers that you are personally working in that country, they will consider you to have a Fixed Establishment and require you to pay taxes on company income in that country. And naturally full require full accounting.
Our advise is to simply set up a company in Ireland and to be prepared to handle all compliance issues in full.
We automate EU and UK sales compliance when you need that: www.easproject.com
