502 Bad Gateway errors calling API

We are getting randomly may times 502 error calling Products and orders API (mostly when calling order API)

Time of occurrence:  UTC  12:20 pm 03.01.2021 ~ 12:58 pm 03.01.2021

Please help to troubleshoot.

If your side had to connectivity issues around that timeframe, I suspect it was a transient error on Shopify's side. I see this from time-to-time, especially after hours based on time zones in the Americas.

I'm having the same problem.  I can't get into the website at all, and I don't know why this box is black :/

I have just received this error code as well. 
I am quite confused as to why it has popped up. 
I have just opened an account with chit chats so I wonder if that could be the reason. 
Other than that I have 0 clue as to why this is popping up on our end.
