504 gateway time-out Error while saving more than 100 Products

Hi,

I'm having an issue about GraphQL. While I'm trying to save around 1000 SKU-s (products) using productCreate mutation after some minutes it returns 

504 Gateway Time-out

The server didn't respond in time!

Meanwhile, in my store, are saved around 100 SKU-s (products), not all the products that I have sent in mutation query.

Could someone help me if is any other way to increase this time out, or is general issue of Shopify?

Can you post the request ID (found in the response header) and the body of the call you are making? This will help troubleshoot

Below you find the request call that I am making to insert almost 1000 SKUs

mutation productCreate($input: ProductInput!) {
                    productCreate(input: $input) {
                        userErrors {
                            field
                            message
                        }
                        product {
                            id,
                            title
                        }
                    }
                }

$input contains properties:
title, descriptionHtml,published, vendor,metafields, tags, options, variants, images, collectionsToJoin

 

Meanwhile, Request ID I couldn't get as it shows that message, so I can't see the response header.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. However, I'm glad I'm not the only one I can't log in to my admin and I have no way to contact anyone at Shopify, even through chat. I hope this is something on their end that they fix soon.
