API Access code and secret password

Hi there

I am a new set up partnering with dropshipping brands. I would like to link to brands via API and sync to their stock levels. The partnering brand has given me API access code and secret password to link my ecommerce website to theirs syncing stock levels. Please can you advise how I can connect via API and where I enter the API access key code and password?
