API Connection Timed Out

Hi there,

 

I am currently not able to receive data from the Shopify APIs. 

I think both (REST and Graph) are affected.

I get the following Error: Connection timed out.

It worked fine for months now. 

So has anything changed or are there currently any reported issues?

Please help!

My server is in Frankfurt.  I have tried going directly to a console command using

$ curl https://user:pass@mysite.myshopify.com/admin/api/2019-07/customers/3156144324704/orders.json?status=any 

It takes too much time to receive a response.

Is somehow, shopify server blocks my server IP?

My Server is also located in Frankfurt.

And I think they currently have problems there.

My other servers seems to work fine.

Similar issue here (also Frankfurt, Digital Ocean). This should be fixed ASAP.

We are also getting similar issues but in my case, I am getting a blank API response. Starting from today (created_at_min=2020-04-20T06:23:45+12:00).

 https://my-store.myshopify.com/admin/api/2019-10/orders.xml?created_at_min=2020-04-20T06:26:45+12:00

Also using Digitalocean here (FRA1).

I really hope this get fixed asap.
