API Plug-in solution

Hi there

im looking to have a API plugin built for my store for a shipping company. There is currently no option on the App Store. 

ive spoken with them and they’ve given me instructions on what to do but looking for a Shopify expert to help build this out

ive already spoken with a web developer who has built a plug in for woo commerce but they don’t have time to do it for me
