Access the data from Analytics API

I want to get the data from Analytics API. The documents says, it has to be advanced plan which I have. 
It says to use Shopify App Bridge. But, how literally? 
How can I access the Analytics API using Shopify App Bridge?

Hey @Ruzen1,

You can create a private app in the Shopify Admin instead of embedding an app through Shopify App Bridge and then create Reports via the API with the private app credentials directly.

    Thank you very much for your reply. 
Sorry for the late response. I am still not being able to get the reports details. I tried to make the request using PostMan with the credentials but the returned reports are always empty like
