Have you been able to nail down why the error is occurring? If you find an API call that isn't returning what you expect let us know so we can investigate.

I do not know why is this occurring. Our app only utilize Shopify API and do not provide any Shopify UI experience.
1. Have installed Track-Pod App.
2. Navigate to installed app list.
3. Open Track-Pod App.
As i remember previously, when opening this app there were some minor information about our app.
It looks like the application is reacting to the query parameter in the redirect URL from Shopify called "locale". And "en" is not a valid locale in the application. It most likely should be something like "en-US".
@Kevin_Acan you check if Shopify has recently been adding more query params after redirecting to an application?
