App installation error

While I'm trying to install app in store which is created in partner account in which app is related to that store.

For ex.  I have a  Testdev shopify partner and app has created in Testdev partner While  I try to install an app in a store which is inside or relevant  to Testdev partner dashboard then it's working fine.

But I try to install an app in another store which store is created in another partner then it gives above error.

So How can solve this issue?

Hi,
you can only install unpublished APP in development store from your partner account, not in live store

Yes I knew it.  I want to install an app in development store of different partner account and that time it shows error.
