App listing review delay

I have submitted my shopify app listing for review on Sep 20 2019 and I have received the confirmation for the submission. However I did not get any updates on whether or not it has been reviewed. How do I get in touch with shopify regarding this delay?

App review takes a really long time, sometimes even over a month, so just be patient, they haven't forgotten you.

Hi, we submitted an app and it says suspended and an email would be sent to the email provided. 

But I never received any email or the reason for them to suspend the app. Any help on this to resubmit the app would help us !
