We have developed a custom application. When I ask for the permission "read_all_orders" I get an error "Oauth error missing_shopify_permission: read_all_orders". The documentation says there are three kinds of apps: public, custom and private. I do not see anywhere in the documentation that a custom app is considered a public app, yet we are unable to use this scope. Are Custom Apps considered Public Apps?
