I took a look at the error you are seeing, and in our logs I can see some additional information: "The api_client does not have access to the fulfillment". This means your app doesn't have the correct access scopes. Ensure you have the write_fulfillments token and you may also need one or more of the write_*_fulfillment_orders permissions as well.

Looks like you sorted out the permissions issue, now we are seeing a straight 404. The fulfillment_id of `2889348874408` doesn't seem to exist.
