Available Fields in the Order Object from the Admin REST API

The Shopify Admin API documentation for the order object (https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/rest/reference/orders/order) lists the following fields as being available 

1. client_details

2. source_url


When looking at data from the API calls, the source_url is consistently null and the client_details doesn't even exist. What are the conditions where these would be filled in? Is there some kind of configuration/setting that needs to be set on the store?
